Today’s idea sparkler is inspired by an animation created using hundreds of balloons. Each balloon had a different drawing on it. Then they were lined up in a long row and popped one at a time–creating a flip-book-like animation. Pretty cool!

What should you take away from the video? Sometimes you can enhance your creativity by overcomplicating it. Rube Goldberg machines are perfect examples. Creativity through complication. So how can you overcomplicate your work? This is assuming simplifying doesn’t help.
