Create Worlds

I’m not a huge video game enthusiast. But every now and then a game immerses me in its world and I become a fan. Few games have done that like the Myst games. These games transport you from our all-too familiar world to one that seems similar, but isn’t. The visuals are stunning and the stories are mysterious.

Great creativity creates worlds. It transports the audience from the all-too familiar world to one that seems similar, but isn’t. That song. That book. That dance piece. You relate to it…but it’s something new. There’s a mystery to it. You have to explore it to “get it”.

Create worlds with your art. Visualize a world different than our own, and create within that world. Bring the mystery and magic back with you and share it with your audience.

I like the idea of creating a new world… In my opinion Tolkien is one of the best with the whole Lord of the Rings thing, I mean, he even invented another language with its alphabet and everything.
And what’s that game about? Seems great.

Tolkien was definitely an amazing creative! Maybe I’ll bring a copy of the game down to Argentina with me when Caro and I visit in March! :)
