You sleep every day. You eat every day. You brush your teeth every day. (I hope.) These things are all important for normal, healthy life. If you’re trying to become a creatively healthy person, you need to start creating every day.
So commit to this…create one new thing every day for 31 days. This is a challenge that’s been going around a while for creatives…and if you haven’t committed to this yet, you need to hop on the train.
The idea is to condition yourself toward creativity. Train your body to create on command. To make it easy, spend about 30 minutes and create something new each day. If you want to write songs, create a new hook(chorus) and verse. If you want to photograph, find a new subject each day and photograph it a few different ways. If you want to write, write something (either a book chapter, a short story, or a blog). If you want to be a graphic designer, check out Smashing Magazine’s tips.
The key is to make it simple, short, and every day.
Tip: create a Tumblr.com account to journal your creations. Tumblr lets you record audio and video or display photos and text.

I like this. I will begin creating one thing daily. I’ll take the challenge. hmmm, what will I do?
A blog post is a great way to start! 🙂 I’m trying to blog at least 4 times a week on this site…the on http://www.churchstagedesignideas.com I blog about 4 times too.
