We all go through creative blocks (even those of us who blog about getting through them). My current block has to do with writing. I’m working on writing a book. I have so many ideas. So many quotes. So many stories. But when it comes to putting them together, I’m stuck.
DetailsSometimes encouragement is all you need to get your creative juices flowing again. But asking for encouragement rarely yields the desired results. After the awkward chuckles, if someone does encourage you, it’s hard to take the encouragement seriously. What a dilemma!

DetailsIt’s so tempting to be “cool”. Cool people get all the attention. Cool people are well liked. Life is easy for the cool people. But cool people never break through the normal. Cool people embody the norms. They’re predictable and, ultimately, rather boring.
